Stomata Cells - Stained wet mount preparation viewed under optical Microscope - I B.Sc. - Practical

 As a part of I B.Sc. Cell and Molecular Developmental Biology subject, Identification of Plant Cell Practical conducted on 27.08.2026.   I B.Sc., Students were performed practical using fresh leaves to identify stomata cells by stained leaf with Safranin dye and covered with coverslip observe under 10x and 40x objectives in Optical Microscope.
